Our standard support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST. Queries received outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day.

We aim to respond to all client support requests within 24–48 business hours. Complex queries or compliance-related issues may take additional time depending on case details.

4. Scope of Support

Support includes assistance with ongoing services, clarifications on deliverables, minor revisions, and post-engagement questions related to completed work.
Major service changes or new requirements will be handled as new engagements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete data necessary for service delivery. Delays or errors in submission may affect timelines or outcomes.
