CA Akula Bhanuprasad, the Founder and Practising Head of AKULA AND CO, is a dynamic, new-age Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of professional experience. He established the firm in 2022, driven by a vision to deliver reliable, value-based, and growth-oriented professional services.

Before founding AKULA AND CO, he worked with one of Hyderabad’s reputed Chartered Accountancy firms and various corporate consultancy entities, gaining hands-on experience across diverse areas of accounting, taxation, and audit. He has notable experience in GST assessments, appeals, and representations, along with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance under the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and GST laws. His professional journey reflects a commitment to integrity, excellence, and delivering practical financial solutions that help clients achieve lasting success.

He has also completed ICAI’s distinguished certificate courses in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) and Concurrent Audit, enhancing his expertise in fraud detection and audit methodologies.

Gajjala Krishna Pravallika is a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management. She efficiently manages clients and executes assignments. She plays a vital role in audit planning & execution, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across engagements.

Known for her structured approach, leadership abilities. With strong analytical and communication skills, she ensures seamless coordination between working teams and clients, contributing significantly to the firm’s operational excellence.
